LockDown Browser
LockDown Browser is a browser that locks the testing environment in Brightspace, used at Emlyon solely for in-person exam proctoring. The quiz display is full screen and cannot be minimized, resized, or closed.
When students use LockDown Browser to access a quiz, they cannot (unless an option is selected) print, copy, visit other websites, access other applications, or close a quiz until it has been submitted for grading.
Disabled commands : Printing, key combinations, screenshots, function keys and context menus.
The announcement: When setting it up in a quiz, we advise you to create an announcement to warn students that they must take the test quiz allowing them to install Lockdown browser before the exam, if they have never taken a quiz with this software.
The quiz test: To help students install and test Lockdown Browser before the exam, we recommend setting up a quiz test and configuring it with Lockdown Browser.
