In the Teams meeting
To proceed:
Click on " ... Other "
Click on " Settings "
Click on " Meeting Options "
Meeting options
Then in Meeting Options, click on Meeting Access
In Who Can Avoid the Waiting Room?
Choose: People from my organization and guests
Check "Reject anyone who cannot bypass the waiting room"
