On your Lyon campus, Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 8:45 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm. The Helpdesk is located on the garden level next to the Student Information Point.
On the Paris campus, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The Helpdesk is located on the second floor.
