When everything is filled in, click on " Submit "

You can leave a comment in the "Internal Comment" section before submitting. This comment will only be visible to the validator.

If the button is still greyed out, it means that a required field is missing.

Click on " Syllabus cannot be sent until the required components are completed. Click for more information " to see the incomplete sections.
Once the syllabus is submitted, the Program Director (PD) receives a notification and goes to Simple Syllabus to review and validate the syllabus.
If it is validated, the syllabus is then uploaded to Brightspace.

A validated (or pending validation) syllabus can still be modified. In this case, it reverts to "to do" and will require validation by the DP again.

In the event that the Program Director (PD) rejects your syllabus, you will see it again in the "To Do" column and you will be able to make corrections by following the same procedure.

If the DP has left an internal comment, you can view it by clicking on " View history ".
